Safeguarding, Data and Ethics Lead

Protect participating children, adults, schools and their information through practical safeguarding, data and ethics procedures.

What you will do

• Develop safeguarding and data procedures
• Support consent and confidentiality processes
• Advise on school visits and participant engagement
• Oversee photography and story permissions
• Support research ethics
• Investigate or escalate concerns appropriately

What we are looking for

• Safeguarding, data protection or research-ethics experience
• Experience working with schools or young people
• Sound judgement and confidentiality
• Ability to create practical policies and training
• Commitment to dignity, safety and inclusion
