Kenya Programme Director

Lead the development and delivery of One Big Change Kenya, working closely with institutions, schools, experts and partners to turn national priorities into coordinated implementation.

What you will do

• Lead the Kenya programme
• Manage institutional and school relationships
• Coordinate the delivery team
• Work with the Kenyan Advisory Committee
• Report progress, risks and learning
• Protect the Kenyan-led nature of the work

What we are looking for

• Senior education or programme leadership experience
• Strong understanding of Kenya's education system
• Confidence working with institutions and school leaders
• Excellent judgement and relationship-building skills
• Ability to turn strategy into delivery
