Drive the company operating rhythm, ensuring the 90-day founding programme runs on time, on budget, and with strategic clarity. Act as the operational heartbeat of the Kenyan office.
What you will do
- Lead the executive operating team and manage day-to-day organisational strategy.
- Oversee the delivery of the 90-day founding implementation plan.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Kenyan team and international partners.
What we are looking for
- Significant leadership experience in operations or management within the Kenyan education or public sector.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
