Evidence, Research and Learning Lead

Build the evidence system that helps One Big Change understand and improve implementation, from baselines and outcome measures through to useful learning for practitioners.

What you will do

• Develop baselines and outcome measures
• Strengthen the Change Lens
• Oversee ethical evidence collection
• Coordinate university and research relationships
• Turn findings into useful learning
• Support reports, case studies and publications

What we are looking for

• Research, evaluation or education-data experience
• Strong qualitative and quantitative skills
• Ability to make evidence useful to practitioners
• Understanding of research ethics
• Clear writing and analytical judgement
