Lead the monitoring and evaluation function, ensuring the programme generates credible evidence, tracks progress against KPIs, and learns from what works.
What you will do
- Develop and implement M&E frameworks and tools.
- Track programme delivery against KPIs and performance indicators.
- Analyse data and produce evidence reports for the programme team.
- Support data-quality reviews and evidence-quality assurance.
What we are looking for
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation within education or development programmes.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Understanding of evidence quality and programme accountability.
