Work directly with founding schools to guide them through the Change Lens process, implementation planning, and the formation of the first school-led Hubs.
What you will do
- Guide founding schools through the Change Lens diagnostic and implementation planning.
- Support the development of school-led Hubs and peer learning structures.
- Build relationships with school leaders, champions and sponsors.
- Coordinate field-level implementation support.
What we are looking for
- Experience in school improvement or education programme implementation.
- Strong relationship-building skills with school leaders and communities.
- Understanding of implementation methodology and change management.
