Ensure the educational methodology of One Big Change is rigorous, credible, and adapted to the Kenyan CBE/CBC/CBA context.
What you will do
- Oversee the adaptation of the Change Lens for the Kenyan curriculum.
- Lead the training of school champions and implementation leads.
- Ensure the programme's educational evidence is robust and defensible.
What we are looking for
- Senior experience within the Kenyan education system (KNEC, TSC, or leading school networks).
- Deep understanding of Competency-Based Education, Curriculum, and Assessment.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
