Training & Development Officer

Design and deliver the training, workshops and professional development that equip school leaders, champions and educators with the capability to drive implementation.

What you will do

• Design training sessions and professional development workshops.
• Deliver training to school leaders, champions and implementation leads.
• Develop training materials aligned to the Change Lens and implementation methodology.
• Gather feedback and iterate on training content.

What we are looking for

• Experience designing and delivering training or professional development.
• Understanding of adult learning and professional development principles.
• Familiarity with the Kenyan education context and CBE/CBC/CBA.
