Be the local presence of One Big Change Kenya in an assigned region, providing direct field support to schools and Hubs, and feeding ground-level insight back into the programme.
What you will do
- Provide direct on-the-ground support to schools and Hubs in an assigned region.
- Support school visits, baseline assessments and implementation activities.
- Capture field-level observations and feedback for the programme team.
- Help coordinate local logistics and stakeholder relationships.
What we are looking for
- Experience working in field-based education or community development roles.
- Strong understanding of the regional education landscape in Kenya.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
