A Hub is a founding school that becomes the centre of local implementation, connecting partner schools for peer learning, shared resources and local capability.
Local implementation, connected nationally
Rather than schools working in isolation, each Hub brings a founding school together with its partner schools so that practice, evidence and resources move between them.
Proposed first-year model
10 founding schools → each connects up to 9 additional schools → 10 Hubs → up to 100 schools
This is the proposed model until formally agreed.
Founding school
Becomes the centre of the Hub and progresses to a Lead School.
Lead School
Leads the Hub, hosts peer learning, and builds facilitation capability.
Cohort schools
Up to nine partner schools connected to the founding school for shared learning.
Hub steering group
Coordinates priorities, evidence and resource needs across the Hub.
