Country Director of People, Appointments and Institutional Networks

Lead the recruitment, networking, and institutional appointments that create the Kenyan-owned backbone of the programme.

What you will do

• Build a pipeline of high-caliber Kenyan educators, leaders, and experts.
• Manage appointments to the Advisory Committee and core programme teams.
• Cultivate relationships with teacher unions, universities, and NGOs.

What we are looking for

• Deep network within the Kenyan education and public-sector landscape.
• Experience in senior talent acquisition or institutional partnership building.
• Understanding of the cultural and political landscape of Kenyan education.
